Quinn Is a Colorado native, recent graduate from the University of Northern Colorado, and newfound rum lover. After earning a bachelor’s in communications studies in 2021, Quinn hopped directly into the restaurant industry at The Roost the following June. Enamored with the fun, pace, and flexibility The Roost had offered him, Quinn dedicated his time to learning all that he could about our restaurants and what else life has to offer beyond education. Over the past two years he’s seen numerous new states, made plenty of friends, and been a helping hand in opening both Swaylo’s and 99 Bar Saloon.
Although a newer addition to the Gafner Hospitality Group, Quinn found an immediate home in our restaurants. Being shoulder to shoulder with such passionate people only further inspired Quinn to do what he does best; chatting to any stranger who will give him the time of day. Through joy and laughter Quinn hopes to find a new friend in anyone who comes around looking to enjoy any of our locations with some food or drink. Rumor has it, that to this very day, Quinn can be found at Swaylo’s laughing at his own jokes louder than anyone else or more probably goofing around with his friends.
