Pedro was born in Coahuila Mexico, and arrived in Colorado in the year 2000. Here, he had the pleasure of meeting his wife, Athalia, with whom he shares the joy of being parents to Ilay, their 2-year-old son.
He has dedicated over a decade of his life to the art of Mexican cuisine, both in its traditional and modern forms. For a period of 11 years, he worked for the company “Big Red F” at establishments such as Centro and Westend Tavern.
His connection to the culinary world was forged at an early age, and a significant part of his family has been integral to this industry, including four of his siblings working in various establishments in different capacities.
His passions include soccer and spending quality time with family as well as always seeking to discover the wonders that Colorado has to offer.
