Grace is a Colorado native and has been with Gafner Hospitality Group since 2023, enjoying every moment of the journey. She has a deep passion for making guests smile and working alongside her team here at Jefes. Grace is the newest force on the Jefes management team, bringing years of experience and fresh energy to the mix. Prioritizing a positive culture and experience for anyone who walks through our doors.
Outside of Jefes you can find her with her kitten, Bernard aka Nard Dog, practicing yoga, or hitting up local antique stores for hidden treasures. She has a love for baking and thinks any problem can be solved with a warm cookie or a glass of good wine.
